Each Roaming Digital Certificate is protected by a user defined PIN (Personal Identification Number) or password.

To reset your PIN/password:

1. Simply click on Reset PIN.

2. Enter your NRIC or Passport number.

3. Email with the link to reset your PIN/password will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Click on the link and follow on-screen instruction to proceed further.
